  • BRAZIL MOGIANA

    Nestled in the heart of São Paulo, Brazil, the Mogiana region stands as the cradle of traditional coffee production, boasting a rich history spanning two centuries.The Mogiana coffee consistently follows the natural processing method, commonly known as "unwashed," which is the prevailing post-harvest processing technique in Brazil, resulting in a distinctive and well-loved coffee profile.Mogiana's coffee plantations thrive at an average altitude of approximately 900 to 1,000 meters above sea level, providing the ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional coffee beans.

  • COLOMBIA EXCELSO HUILA

    The Asprotimana cooperative was formed in 2001 as an initiative of 32 producers. The cooperative is based in the district of Huila and includes 22 villages in the Timana, Elijah, and Suaza areas. Over 80% of Asprotimana's coffee production is shade-grown at high altitudes, which results in much higher quality beans, albeit with a lower yield.
